We now have a Mayport Navy League (NL) Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) roster set up, which should make it easier for non-Common Access Card (non-CAC) NL members to access the base for ship homecomings, socials, meetings, and other events.
Process For Obtaining Access:
Schedule an appointment with the Mayport Base Security Office. Note: Appointments may take 2-3 months to secure.
Complete SECNAV 5512/1 and DBIDS forms. These are available at the link provided.

Attend your appointment and bring the required identification. Security will conduct a background check and issue your DBIDS card on site.
